1. Prior and current rental history required.
  2. Credit check required.
  3. All properties are non-smoking.
  4. A $35.00 charge per applicant to run credit check and process rental application. Photo i.D., social security cards, and proof of income for each applicant are required at application submittal.
  5. Job and income verification: applicants must be able to verify that total combined gross income, less all payments of a credit nature, leaves a remainder of at least three times the monthly rent amount.
  6. Security deposit and first months rent must be paid by cashiers check or money order.
  7. Pets on approval. No pit bulls (or pitt bull type dogs), akitas, chows, dobermans, rottweilers or german shepherds.
